I was one of those people who constantly saved Zillow houses and watched as they got purchased. Once we put the work in on our end, Mark and our loan processor Cathy Zebarth went to work on theirs! The way to keep things going smoothly is to have paperwork and necessary documents squared away which wasn't a problem since I knew what was on the line, I pretty much had done my research and had everything readily available.
